Both New and Old Clients are broken

So I've been using the new client for about a month, have been having the same issue. Whenever It's my turn to pick champions It freezes up and I can't select. Then I get punished with a dodge timer which is complete BS. (This doesn't happen every match but 1 out of 5) Then I decided I will downgrade to the old client. This one is even more broken, I go into champ select and wait. When it comes up I accept the match and the bar just runs out and stops, nothing happens. It can't be players not accepting because this happened about five times in a row. Should I just uninstall and stop playing?
