I remember all the mods defending it saying they would never get tired of individually approving each thread xD. And also how it wouldn't devolve into a sterile version of the regular gameplay boards even though excessive moderation is the surest way to suck the life out of anything.

If you'd like the actual reason for its removal, we did a postmortem thread. The long and short of it is not that it was not due to us getting sick of it, but due to engagement being low and serious thread submission being lower than expected.

If you'd like to tell us "told you so," that's fine, but possibly inaccurate. :)
