They didn't get there by themselves. This system has to have people at the bottom to have people at the top. Everyrone is not "allowed" to get out of lower elo. Because everyone cannot be Silver Gold, Diamond and so forth... This system will pair anyone who is trying to get out with the worst possible players, like the two trolls I had in my last game. It's done on purpose. By this crooked system.

Also if you can't climb out of bronze then that's 90% of the time a sign that you're meant to be there, It seems genuinely harder to get out of silver than bronze because the people in bronze are so bad (on either team) that it's easy to carry.

Yeah, like it was meant for me to get two trolls in the same game, but I guess that's my fault to. I should have just beat the Xin and Nasus while playing top lane as Noc when I suppose to be the Jungle! This is happened more than once hell more than 50 times but again it's that I am not good enough, not that I am getting screwed.

Fed super hard, luckily my midlaner was kat and I was playing warwick so we managed to pull a win just because we could wreck their adc before he could do anything in teamfights. This was in silver btw... where people aren't as bad as bronze (slightly).

ADC CARRYING A GAME TO TOTAL VICTORY!
Find a champion you enjoy playing that can go in a few different positions. If they can fill 3 or more different positions (Example: Top, Support, & Jungle) even better. Find a champion you GREATLY enjoy playing even if no one really sees it often. You now have the upper hand just from the fact of you KNOW how to play your champion well. That alone is very scary in low elo. Also: Checking out how higher ranked players build certain champions. Lets use 
as an example: In plat+ Top and for mid check these out for ideas and for good starting points. Just remember to adjust the builds as needed based on the opposing team.

You're just tilted, bro. But if it keeps happening to you every single game then I've got some bad news: You're part of the problem. You see, the only people the system keeps down are the actively negative, toxic, trolly players. They get their own special queue after a certain point, locked in with their own kind. So, you know, you may not be a bad player. You may just be a dick in-game. Or you're just super tilted and convinced that the world is out to get you when it really couldn't care at all. Your choice.

Riot has stated on several occasions that they don't actually do this.
They ideally focus on reforming players and, if necessary, kicking them out of the community. They have stated in the past that don't plan to implement a "Prisoner's Island".
