@Riot Marksman update

Hello all, as you may know there is an upcoming marksman updating similar to the Juggernaut update. Hopefully someone out there can answer me, I was wondering what is going to change and if non-typical marksmen such as Teemo, AP Kog'maw and Urgot are going to be drastically affected by this? I ask for Teemo because he is labeled as one along with Urgot but they both don't usually get played as a tradition marksman. And Kog'maw does get played as one but is his AP style of play going to be affected in any way?

I believe I saw that it was really only going to be more of an itemization update. So think less Juggernaut, more AP item changes from patch 5.13. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-513-notes ^ Link to the 5.13 patch notes as a refresher.

Well they did the same for Juggernauts by tweaking tank items but at the same time added new ones and changed a few champs as well. So to me it seems like they might do the same thing for Marksmen since AD melee would be affected by item changes but they said twice marksmen. This makes me think marksmen top items changes, range only items, and updating a few champions.
