Seriously tho try to just auto him to death if u wanna hold onto your snare, if he windwalls an auto he cant windwall your spell.
imma use 
as an example cause its teemo, you constantly poke him and aggressivly walk up to him hes going to throw out his wall assuming teemo will throw out blinding dart, but surprise teemo doesnt he just walk back to farm. 5 seconds later teemo engages with move quick and autos yasuo down and down and down until yasuo decides to e onto teemo, teemo then uses his blind yasuo dies shortly after dashing into your minons which had a shroom in the middle of them.[slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

Yasuo is generally used as a counter to ranged champions (especially skillshot dependent ones) since they are squishy, his windwall will generally block their autoattacks and abilities and his E lets get onto them.
You generally want to use a tank or fighter against him and they are usually melee champions.
