Some Champions are too old
I think the first champion should be remake is Leblanc, she is seemingly to old; at least 5 years was gone , every other champions are being remaked, why she is not ?

Shes in a relatively healthy state
Champs dont have to be redone because they're old, look at anivia, same model as release, same kit as release
She isn't going to get reworked before most things because her kit functions like they want it to. She doesn't really need a rework at all.
I agree, LeBlanc is getting too old to be pretty anymore. We need to replace her with a newer, younger, more blonde version.
the point of reworks is to change the champions kits into something that is more healthy to the game and easier to balance when they are broken and no amount of buffs are going to help them without making them be broken as all hell. LeBlanc is in a relative healthy state and functions the way she is intended to function, she can be nerf or buffed depending on whether she is either too strong or too weak. That's the definition of someone who doesn't need a rework. Champions like Yorick and Warwick need one way more than LeBlanc does... hell there are way too many other champions who need a rework before she even is considered for one
