@Repertoir about skarner, is the retrospective still coming?

Hello, I am a die hard Skarner main. I post in Skarner discussions a lot so you can find my thoughts and ideas for him elsewhere. For this post I was hoping if someone can tell me if the Skarner retrospective was still coming? I think it would be good to get some discussion on a champion that may be in a tenuous spot.
