Skarner's q tool tip displaying incorrect ap ratio.

Hey, was just playing an obsessive amount of Skarner and I saw that his Q had a .3 ap ratio. I looked in the notes and it look like it should still be .2. Not sure if this is just a tool tip error with the hot patch, it was changed and just not in the notes, or if it is using the incorrect amount of ap.

It's easily reproducible though, just go into a bot game and buy ap. Personally as an almost exclusive Skarner main I think it should stay. It gives his Q some of the punch it lost with the update. But my opinion is also incredibly biased :).
