Is it possible to follow up?

i know this happens to everyone but i find this just a tiny bit baffling and i NEED answers to what you would do in this situation, ok?

both of your lane opponents bot lane are slightly above half hp, sona and twitch both without ult thanks to your jungler. your support is bard and you are playing xayah but they have both summoners up

your bard pings to go in you follow up and start throwing q's and auto attack, your bard hits them both with his ult at the same time you pressed yours, he even stunned them again with his q, they are both below 150 hp , have some where around 10 feathers behind them and you HAVE NOT PRESSED E YET

what do you do?
