Boots of Mobility Suggestion

Can the base movement speed while in combat for these boots be brought up some please. Their current stats weren't bad when they could be improved with boot enchantments but with those gone it feels horribly detrimental to use them for almost anyone. If most boots give you bout 45 movement speed right now how about these give ya 40 while in combat? its still a little less and the extra move speed isn't even used during combat so i think they could use a little improvement since they cant be enchanted anymore.

The champs i used to buy mobi boots for i now try to fit with swiftness boots (thresh, bard, blitz, etc) because their just too damn slow now when they have to fend off engagements while running. Plus the buff from the cloud drake helps imitate the mobi boots effect anyway so theirs even less reason to buy them anymore.

I dont like the mobi boots w/ blitz because my r passive always procs on random things slowing me down. but its not bad on other champs like braum/thresh

I didn't care. Bliz' W always gave him much needed mobility in those sitiuations but without the enchantment that ability is a bit crippled as well and play makers like blitz need to be able to find a good position to peel choice targets quickly. In my opinion it'd be fair to give them the same base movement speed as other boots while in combat since other boots effects are active in combat.

Mobility boots have been awful ever since they nerfed them so that they make you slower then everyone else in combat (the time you actually need speed)
