I think ahri is fine, except for one thing

Everytime she roams bot, she has her ult available every single time. Isnt there a cooldown on this thing? It's 3 dashes, it should have a longer cooldown imo.

Even if you have CC, it must be targetable or she simply dodges it. Anyways, that's fine, it's her playstyle. But even if you hit your skillshots, unless you can burst her immediately, she's just gone and heals up to full in 2 waves.

Even the longest cd ults are only like 2 minutes, so it really won't stop literally anyone from 'roaming with ult' even if you made Ahri's the longest cd in the game.
