The Katarina rework

. . . looks awful. I'm sorry.

Just looking at the numbers and everything. There'd be really no reason to pick her. Ever. You're effectively gutting around 450 damage out of her kit, and making her very very bad early game Poppy level, only with less reward in the late game.

This rework has no true beneficial item path. No item would ever truly be "worth" buying on her afterwards.

Also, why would we even want to buy extra AD to make Sinister steel do a whopping 250 some odd damage, when it'd make your strongest move ((the move that applies the true burst behind the ult)) ((bouncing blades)) much weaker? In the midst of this, your raw ad would be wasted because all of your abilities do magic damage, so void staff would be the penetration item you need. Thus, around 200 ad with 0 crit, and 0 armor penetration ((give or take 6% through masteries)) makes that ad quite wasteful.

To make matters worse . . . you're actually making her more expensive than most champs to itemize for, making her mid game ((the time kat shines)) actually might not even come.

On top of that, there's really no reason to even auto attack with her, except on very seldom moments.

It seems like you're trying to pigeon hole everyone into playing some weird, very confused tanky katarina that wants to spam W and auto attack with 0 crit and do below par damage.

I honestly think you guys truly have 0 idea of what you're doing. And also, Kat truly was fine. I really don't see why you're messing with her. She's countered by 85% of the roster, usually swallows all the kills, and actually becomes the very reason her team loses later on. (( 18/2/1 while rest of her team has one, mybe two kills. Gets ccd and dies, making the rest of the team useless.))

So, what exactly are you trying to get at. Are we to also send her very fragile state up top and rush trinity force too? To make up for her lack of damage out put? I'm confused, and find it entirely pointless.

tl;dr: I feel Katarina is getting olafd, only becoming a weaker Poppy with no any game. Instead of a crappy early and mid, but incredible late. I truly see no time in the game where this reworked Katarina would shine. I really don't.
