Please remove Skirmisher's Sabre

It's not a "tank" meta anymore, and you've already culled the health items (which was needed.) I really don't understand why this item is needed in the game. All it does is provide a ridiculous powerspike to champions like who should be excelling mid and late game in particular; not allow them to 1v1 anyone in the enemy jungle with a 1000 gold item. Hell, most bruisers don't need their "sticky" items like until the squishies build up a ton of movement speed on them. Until then, it inflicts a huge amount of true damage and nukes the enemy. It actually makes counterjungling way too easy and in doing so you really kill the diversity in champion pool of viable junglers.
