Below Gold it might be fun and strong, but a Champ with no hard CC, no Dash and just a tiny speed up won't have a lot of fun building squishy once the enemy knows what 'positioning' or 'kiting' is.

well on pbe he got perfect synergy with crit items.

Reason;

His q crits so he can oneshot carries

His w makes him a very good assasin so he can kill champions like zoe

His e scales with attack speed, so PD and SS are very good

Yes, I know, but that doesn't negate the fact he is useless against Gold+ enemies. He is Yasuo without dashes, blink, Windwall or CC. Even Crit Nasus is better, since he has better Sustain, a reliable Gap Closer and a self buffing Ult.

Crit Garen is like the Schwerer Gustav, a train gun developed by my country. Insane punch, but just the perfect target for bombers and prone to the enemy forces just evading it. Lul.

Oneshotting doesn't make it good. Just search Dumbs Assasin Nasus. It is a good laugh in a Video and in certain Situations, but is just isn't good and just a meme born by flashy YouTubers that want traffic.
