Can I get my prestige points back, so I can use them?

I got all of the 25 prestige points on my 4 accounts, never spent them in purchase history, yet now they're removed. I must not be the only player encountering this issue when it happend on all of my 4 accounts. Could I get them back? If not I'm quitting this game forever.
