If You Think About It...

The new Season 5 jungle items have fucked around with the META a lot and have caused tons of problems whether it's Cinderhulk, Ruineglaive, or Sated Devourer...

Instead of shaping the META and balances around these items.. why not make the smites an enchantment that you can attach to another item. It can be cheap, give stats specifically for jungling, and only accessible with smite.

This would stop non-junglers from running smite and abusing the meta because it only gives stats that benefit you if you jungle. On top of that, this will allow junglers to build better paths (instead of being forced to run Ruineglaive while playing ).
