Add a loss forgiven system like there is a Reroll option in Aram.

This has been needed for years. People leaving games and disconnecting and feeding on purpose is beyond unfair. Give players the option to use a loss forgiven token in situations like this. Riot does not ban these players because they always seem to appear. Give us the option to use a loss forgiven token. Yes make them take A LOT longer to acquire but have them used for Ranked only. If Riot refuses to do something about leavers then at least give the players the option to prevent the loss. Players lose interest or the morale to play when people leave or feed on purpose. Do something for your biggest community instead of the 5% Pro players that you coddle.
