The question of "Is League dying" is a funny thing. You get people who say it is dying because they get banned or lose a few games. You also get people who instantly say "no" because they believe whatever they are told. Both are wrong. But this article says something interesting and was written last year after the mess Riot created:

"dying" has too much finality to it. The game is declining (and has been), but I doubt we will ever see a full death of the game.
