Inconsistency with Shyvana's Burnout audio.

Shyvana's W, Burnout is inconsistent with the way it behaves audio wise amoung her skins. Classic, Ironscale, Boneclaw, Darkflame, Championship vs Ice Drake . When Shyvana is using the Ice drake skin, her Burnout makes a contact noise. It sounds like a small smashing sound everytime it ticks and contacts an enemy. None of her other skins do this.

All of her skins make a minute flash as the burnout contacts, but they do not make a contact noise.(This flash is per target hit). This leads to an audio inconsistency and audio ques are fairly important, and this sort of audio que isn't something that can simply be attributed to thematic change. It can be a very strong indicator of how burn out behaves. But it only works with one skin, and this should not be the case.

There's 2 solutions to this issue.

1. Extend the contact noise that burnout makes to all of her skins.
2. Remove the contact noise from Ice Drake Shyvana to be consistent with the rest of her skins.

Also her new Darkflame burnout is rather dim in intensity compared to the rest of her skins, it could do with being made more visually intense.
