rylai's is fucking cancer, there's no counter play to infinite slow
title says it all. nothing you can do to counter this cancer item. just get hit once by an ability and gg. you can't outplay that cancer item.

The irony is I still have countless people going on a whine fest whenever I built Rylai's on Mundo.
You think Rylai's is bad because of infinite slow?
and
would like a word with you.
Lol. Git gud
Except CD's are a thing???
Rylais on it's own isn't the issue - the issue is champions - mainly Azir - who have ways to permanently slow you down with little to no mana investment. Azir is the worst offender because his soldiers cannot be dealt with in ANY way - No Thornmail, no killing them, no AS slows, nothing - an so he basically gets the equivalent of the Frozen Mallet that compliments his AP based kit. Azir's soldiers should have ways to deal with them or either not proc spell hit effects.
Other champions, like Heimerdinger and Zyra, are slightly different in this regard because you actually can very easily kill their minions. Outside of minion masters, I can't think of any champions who can as reliably apply slows with Rylais that doesn't come at the cost of major mana investment. On those champs, the item isn't nearly as strong. Azir just needs some tweaks on how his soldiers interact with spell effects and I think the problem will be resolved. Maybe something like allowing Azir to proc on hit auto attack bonuses instead of on hit spell bonuses.
?
isnt the issue.. its only certain champs that are OP with it and they are OP even without it

yes they are too strong with
but it wasn't rylias that broke them, it was the changes to them. rylias is a great and balanced item for most of the AP champs. and the champs that are OP with it are OP for other reasons unralated to it.. they just become unstoppable with it because you already cant beat them and now you cant escape..
Its partly true.

Sounds like you could use a little more parry in your life.
