How do I counter Rumble?
I thought Stacking MR on Mundo would be enough but guess not.

Mundo eventually straight out laughs off Rumble's damage if you don't feed him. If you aren't shrugging off Rumble after like 1-2 items, you had to fed him or something.
Anyway, there are plenty of bad matchups for rumble. Anything that can sit on top of him is a bad matchup. Rumble crushes a lot of melee matchups but some characters just jump on top of him and murder him to the point he has to ult the minion waves to farm.
You and your team went 3/20. I wouldn't use that as a representative case regardless of how you personally fared against Rumble.
Also, your runes are bad, mostly due to the fact that you have only two pages.
