twitch isnt too strong if ur botlane doesnt deny him most of his cs its their mistake he is extremely weak early

You should learn what burst damage is. I know it's becoming less common as time goes on, but it still exists and you should still be able to differentiate burst from higher-than-normal sustained damage.
