Other than Ez's E, most his CD's are low anyway and on skills shots.

Personally, I have seen videos already of it being pretty busted on

. I have seen it where Jax pops ult, then proceeds to leap strike, counterstrike and W everything in sight.
. I have seen Yi's ult, then proceed to Q non-stop with E always on.

Not sure they will have it work with champs that get free R's all game or on SUPER short CD's. This also goes for champs like:

Elise Karma Udyr Teemo Quinn Corki Akali Anivia Lux ? With new R mechanics and end game "Under 20 sec CD" on it, that would be busted. Ults, throws binds for days, ults again. Kassadin DrMundo ? Super short CD. Cleavers non stop. ugh.

Just to name a few.

I don't think Phoenix stance counts as an ult. I think it is just another ability Udyr

MasterYi obviously since his ult CD gets extended with each kill. Having permanent alpha strikes would make him even more of a monster in the late game.
