Who's the most balanced champion? And who's the most forgotten champion?
Most Balanced Champion in my Opinion
Most Forgotten Champion in my Opnion

Most Forgotten Champion in my Opnion
IDK about most balanced but Most forgotten
You should check out the rework idea I just posted for her, here.

Didn’t he just get slapped with a buff to early hex core?
most forgotten changes by the meta.. Right now for me its
most balanced.. I think
because if shes played well, she dominates the game. But if she's played poorly, she's non existent.
Very little middle ground but still has the cc to be relevant. The damage to be feared, and the survival to... survive. Also, she's hard to play well, so that adds to it too..
Plus if I put my honest opinion of Lee Sin, I'd be downvoted to hell :)
most balanced - high skill cap mechanically, requires good decision making, rewarded for doing well, still playable from behind, has multiple healthy build paths, 46 fucking percent winrate and still gets a fair share of play, and is interactive as the opponent
most forgotten - do I have to go into depth on the archaic outdated kit, or his pages of bugs, or the simple fact the champ is only one-tricked at this point and not even desired to be played at any point. He loses 70% of matchups and the 30% are lane stomps game throws type situations. He can only 1v1, he relies on bullying lane, and the dragon is dodgier than pre-fix daisy

Grag balanced - in what world? The champ is a generalist and outcrowds all other picks when meta with his overloaded kit.

i have my arguments and good reason for this

No you don't
Or, you know, you could ask what they are instead of just instantly dismissing him because he goes against your opinion.
Or he could write them instantly instead of just saying "i have my arguments". Yasuo is extremly unhealthy champion. I have my arguments but you need to buy Seasonal Pass to see them.
Most of this post consists of people just listing their two champions for the categories, and then when people ask, they explain. The OP for this comment is following that trend. The correct response to his comment would be to ask why he thinks that, and perhaps say why you disagree. It is not to instantly dismiss it rudely because you disagree and don't like the champion.
Strange, most people I see either only list the champion (without "I have my argument but won't say it" or anyone inquring about it as you somehow see) OR actually bring up any point, regardless of whether the point is good or bad, regardless of whether one agrees with the point or not. From the top posts:

hmm if this was patch 4.17 i would say my baby
and although she is in a good state, i dont think she is the "most balanced" although she certaly is the most balnced "assassin"
but for the whole game...
hmm
?? maybe idk
Balanced:
rarely buffed or nerfed but can usually survive most metas.
Nami is probably the most well-balanced, IMO. She's almost always relevant, never seen as OP, and almost never gets direct changes.

Most balanced:
I would have to say most balanced would go to
. He's never oppressive, but I don't think he's ever had a bad time either. He's practically always a decent pick, but never one that's just like "screw this busted champion!"
balanced:
Vel'koz is easily the most balanced, and has been since release.
Most balanced is
, From what I remember, he's never been too prominent since his release and only has needed a few buffs here and there, but even before those buffs, he's never been in terrible state.
I always thought that the most balanced out of Mid Laners at least is
after her rework to be honest
Out of 14 contributions, 6 elaborate and 8 don't, out of the 8 I can't see one that would go "I have my arguments" to which someone asks what they are. Most of the time people go straight for disagreement or agreement. Most of the time people say something like "I thought", so one actually feels their stance is not stubborn and can lead to discussion.
You know there is a rude disagreement and downvoting in other posts too, you don't have to passionately defend this one just because one feels heroic "going against the stream" because it's about Yasuo.
I asked and the summoner did respond. I assumed the first post was in haste or had limited availability to post the full argument. I personally am terrible at Yasuo and frequently ban him (I'm a scrub, BTW). But hearing the reasons for a champ being balanced includes their weaknesses, which can help me counter the champ when I'm against it and possibly learn how to play it better if I want to improve with it. So, I thought it worthwhile to ask.
balanced?

i havewnt played in almost 3 weeks and riot can mess stuff up so fast im not sure
but it is certainly one of the mid lane mages. ( a role i used to love and mained back in season 3 and 4)
as for the most forgotten?

she was the champ who made me LOVE jungle, she was AMAZING on release albeit a bit OP but after the 2nd patch she was fine.
it was the "pro play" that made riot gut more more than the ruination did to the shadow isles
Vel'koz? You're joking.
Vel'koz? You're joking.
No mobility and his only cc is a delayed knockup and all skill shots while being squishy?
The new glacial augment build that's been going around has solved a good part of that issue.

wus that built
its when u have glacial augment as ur piramery rne and u just have slow items like ryliez and other slow items so that u cant hut every skill shot with out a problem
balanced?

I would've said Vel'Koz but they recently gave him a needless buff to his Q AP scaling. You know, cause we needed more damage.
Just to be different than yours
Balanced:
rarely buffed or nerfed but can usually survive most metas.
Forgotten:
she used to be the most forgotten until her rework and then she was super popular for a bit and now she is forgotten again. Worst of all she is supposed to get some minor work done but she most likely wont be getting her fans back with it. She also got gutted by the shield nerfs to all champions and was just left to rot when she was already doing awful.

Orianna! :D
I always thought that the most balanced out of Mid Laners at least is

It's easy to check who's most forgotten.
If by playerbase, check lowest playrate
if by Riot, check lowest winrate

GRAVES BALANCED? AHAHAHAHAHHA. Nice meme.
so your one of THOSE people. someone who thinks Graves is op when nothing in his kit proves it.
That dude is busted AF He takes no dmg clearing camps He gets invisible defense on his E Big AoE slow and blind Metric shit tons of damage Ranged Mobility
he's short ranged as hell, he is a marksman not a jungler, his W can easily be avoided or walked out of since it is a slow not a grounding, have to reload every couple seconds and only mobility comes from his E.
Tell me how dealing almost 50% hp with one shot (crit+dark harvest+passive) is balanced.
He is 100% a jungler. The knockback mechanic equips him to almost be solely a jungler ?? Who cares what the source is ? He’s fucking mobile You can walk out of every slow in the game that doesn’t make it not a slow.
Nami is probably the most well-balanced, IMO. She's almost always relevant, never seen as OP, and almost never gets direct changes.
As far as most forgotten.... I guess it'd be... hmm... uhh..... oh I know! Wait no... uh... what was I going to say here? I can't remember.
there have actually been complaints about her recently because other supports are getting pushed down. Her poke damage is fairly reliable in lane, but you're right. She's not really oppressive in any manner
People will find anything to complain about... hell, I'm fairly certain if LoL somehow managed to achieve perfect balance, people would complain it was too balanced.
perfect balance is one thing, non-frustrating gameplay is another
take grenades in first person shooters. Everyone has access to them in most cases, but it's still an annoying way to die because it only had to be in your general vicinity
You're misunderstanding(yet also demonstrating) my point. No matter what, people will complain about SOMETHING. The important thing is evaluating whether that complaint is a justified complaint or just people complaining to complain...
well, the majority of the champions do not have a mechanic that invalidates their opponent or causes the opponent to be forced to switch how their champion can play in lane to cater to the opponent.
It has been a bad trend in many champs recently that the user of that champ dictates how their opponent plays instead of interacting in lane
gangplank, fiora, yasuo, illaoi (though actually balanced because her attacks are all incredibly telegraphed and slow to execute, despite that she can 1v5 a team if they play into her hands) ,
, and even some of the older designs aren't great, but with those older designs, you can say it was on you and not the opponent
zilean has huge AOE bombs, blitzcrank can instantly delete anyone his Q hits(which is the reason people want his hitbox fixed),
you have no idea who he is targeting
etc
but those champions do not make you want to scream in frustration because they do not have every tool they need to succeed while forcing you to play in specific ways...
I fail to see how this is relevant to the discussion...
It sounds like you just want a place to vent about things, but don't want to create your own thread to do it in... in which case, I hope this has helped you.
I was stating that a complaint can be valid because even with evenly distributed winrates (which is technically impossible due to variations in the players themselves) , some parts of the game would need to be changed because they interfere with the entertainment value of the game
now for a meme post:
is the most balanced
is the most forgotten
is the most imbalanced, why you might ask, because "balance...is weakness!" XD
is the most forgotten champion in the game.
Actually I have a good one for a lore duo that is forgotten
and
Personally I really hope they get the same treatment as
and
Like a whole vs event and VGU's
IMO
are way more forgotten.
Nah Malzahar is always brought up in Pro Play and Kassadin gets looked at for buffs and nerfs pretty frequently.
idgaf about proplay. Malzahar is forgoten to the playerbase which is 99.99%.
Rek'sai most forgotten
Haven't seen her in a game, even in ARAM, in years.
Ashe is really weak IMO. I believe that most balanced is
. You're right about ivern being the most forgotten one tho.
is definitely one of the most forgotten
Dw Elise I still play you sometimes :)
Not forgotten by Riot. Since they keep buffing her
