Believe it or not when Orianna presses W she does a little animation. But for the Victorious Skin she does the same animation just like her classic skin/other skins. Although I'd be down for new animations, a pirouette is already the animation for her E. It'd be a shame to use the same step for both abilities instead of having unique ones. The current W animation is meant to be a sauté, for what it's worth.

She's also done a jeté when using her W.
Adding it to her W would make for clarity problems.
