Why does Jinx have double the amount of slow on her Zapp

That has on her Q. is a support, she is SUPPOSED to be able to slow, most other ADC's don't have a slow tacked on to an AD based skillshot that already does massive damage because it scales so well. Not to mention that 's Q is half the length... Oh and what about 's Q... STILL doesn't have the same level of slow that Jinx has.

I wish Riot would just come out and say they care more about AD champs then they do about AP because recently, it seems that way with their current balance philosophy. AD's get most of the cool stuff, new items and most marksmans had buffs that made them utterly rediculous but yeah... punish the players that actually need skill to play the game Riot... Great idea.

Whereas most ADC's can just walk up to a target and spam auto-attacks. SKILLZ

Karma also has: A team-wide shield that speeds up An AoE on her slow with strong damage A tether that roots a target

Jinx has Traps that root someone who walks into them A single target slow with good damage And a lot of other damage

This is why you don't compare two individual abilities in a vaccum.

The thing about Jinx is that, yes, she has cc, but she also has no escape other than killing someone or taking a tower. Her Zap is one of her only options when things get dicey. That and flame chompers, but we all know which is more reliable.

Karma's Q can slow multiple people, has higher base damage (that can again hit multiple people) when not mantra. When R'd, which she can do at level 1, the slow is 50%, can again hit multiple targets, and does even more (scaling) damage (that can again hit multiple people). After a short delay it also then does even more scaling damage (that can again hit multiple people). Get fully hit by her empowered Q at level 1 and that is 155 + 150% AP damage versus 10 + 140% AD for Jinx W at level one... Her Q also uses a lower % of her mana pool while she also has higher mana regen.

Vel's Q slows at all ranks the same amount as Jinx's max rank Zap (70%), so I don't know what you are talking about there. Confused by the fact that it decays? His Q can also hit a max of 3 targets versus 1 and has higher base damage as well.

You can't just compare two skills because they both have slows...

because jhin.... hes already a problem to this game. People complained yasuo kit was too big jhin is simply a joke
