7.8 ryze buff
I play a lot of ryze on an alt account. Correct me if I'm wrong but is that ryze buff massive?

I don't think it's that big. It wouldn't make sense, because Rito wants him to be as gutted as Azir.

the rotation is overall slightly faster
Its pretty small. It shaves maybe half a second off his rotation under perfect circumstances. What it does mean is that players on connections with over 180 ping might actually be able to combo properly, which is a nice touch.
His E and W reset his Q. They are targeted they can't miss.
The buff is basically useless because his W reset his Q already when it hit which is the same as when it is cast so that doesn't change, his E resets earlier now but the Q can't even be cast until the E animation is finished anyways so it really doesn't speed up much of anything.
