that i can practice with and become OTP with at least till i get the hell out of bronze i just wana leave bronze and get back into silver and try for gold again but everything im tryin to play dont work
so who can i play to just...easy my way out of bronze

Just play early game champs that can get out of control easily. Play K6 or something like Yi in the JG or if you want ADC go draven/MF.
You need to not belong in bronze and you will be fine. Just play the champ a couple hundred games before ranked and you should be good to get gold 4.
