Because nerfing him into a weak early game means nothing when he still has the same damage and snowball after shiv and getting 1 kill. Must unfun champ to play against because no matter how far you keep him behind, his broken kit will always get him into hypercarry mode killing people in 2 slashes with the broken double crit passive.

Baegull1 votesIn order to crit you actually have to get in Q range of the target. Not sure u can pull many of those off in a team fight since he gets shredded like cheese with all the nerfs.
