Trolls at champion selection get off free (solo/duo queue)

That one troll that refuses to quit after making a mistake, dragging the whole team along. How about the troll that wants to troll for reals. The only way out is to queue dodge.

Why am I getting punished for avoiding trolls? Why am I not allowed to block players at champ selection? Why can't the team vote to kick trolls?

Right-click on player's name and vote to kick. Maybe he doesn't get a point loss (if ranked), or even get time-outs, but at least the players are saved from a potential grievance.

Allow us to kick trolls in solo/duo queue, please.
