A question for supports on the PBE

So I have been looking at the new rune system, and I notice that there really isn't a good substitute for the Bandit mastery. There is Kleptomania, or whatever it is exactly called, but that's a keystone. As a player with an interest in support, I almost always run Bandit in the support role. Its hard enough to keep up in gold as support as it is, I don't want to have to give up my keystone for gold income. There are a few non-support champs that make good use fo it as well (bankplank build for instance). For those who have given it a test drive, do you notice the difference whne playing support? How much does it actually impact play?
