[GAMEPLAY] Minion execute on Relic Shield/Targon's Brace/Face of the Mountain not working.

The title pretty much says it. The minion execute feature on Relic Shields and its upgrades is not working. Gold and healing still go to a nearby ally if you get a last hit, but you have to get a normal last hit to proc the effect.
