[GAMEPLAY] Minion execute on Relic Shield/Targon's Brace/Face of the Mountain not working.

Title pretty much says it. Relic shield and its upgrades are not granting the minion execute feature. Gold and healing still go to the nearest ally, but you have to get a regular last hit to proc the effect. And when you are playing with a free week Draven who seems to play by banging his face against the keyboard, you can guess how often that happens.
