Why can Jinx AOE Crit but Sivir can't?

Sivir is kinda outta the meta cus of her shit range and damage,

why is it that jinx can do aoe crits at a 650 range and sivir cannot (with her ricochet) yet she has 500 range? Seems kinda of imba no?

Sivir might be about to be phased out of the meta if mobilizing the big bad tanks with heavy cc falls out of style, because of lack of tanks next patch potentially.

Rise of assassins/bruisers might make sivir a sitting duck despite her spellshield/ulti where Dash/blink carries might be more safe again.

Other than that I agree she is not out of meta currently.

Because Jinx's base AS is less than Galio's.

So it takes her longer to charge up a sizable Attack Speed.

As a Sivir main, I can explain. The reason that Sivir doesn't have AoE Crit is because her waveclear is ridiculous. This is the same reason she has 500 range. On top of this, she has a spell shield that gives her mana and pretty safe poke. Sivir is definitely not out of the meta. If Sivir had 525 range she would be op as poop. Also,

Jinx has AoE Crit because when she uses Switcheroo! she doesn't gain the attack speed from her minigun so its balanced, also it drains mana where sivir's ricochet actually has a ton of range when you consider the position of each minion in the wave

jinx's waveclear is just as strong?

jinx also has self defense with her snares and zap just like sviri's spell shield.

Also, jinx still has the minigun bonus from Switcheroo! when using her rocket but only for the first shot, basically making it so she fires 2 shots rapidly when you switch.

I think they should increase her range to 525 with all the nerfs directed at her competitive play. She is just so unrewarding to play in Solo Queue lately... It feels so hard to carry a game as Sivir if no one else is doing exceptionally.
