Monster Only blind for Eve.

so I notice Shaco, has a passive, that makes it so Monsters/minions have a 25% smaller chance of missing him, I was hoping you would consider adding this to one of Evelynns abilities. I love Eve, I feel she is an adequate champion, However Farming her Jungle isn't something she can really do, until around level 8. and that's the first 10-16 minutes of game play of being mostly useless. so I play a little bit smart and dangerous, since I can't farm my Jungle, I farm over the head of my Enemy jungle, taking advantage of their fail smites, and kill em while their low. this makes the game as if their is not a jungler for a very long time, I had a game where I demotivated a Udyr so badly he was level 1 at 18 minutes, just kind of feeding me in his jungle because nobody would leash him since I stole his buff, and I kept targeting him with wards/ patrolling his jungle.

But that doesn't always work, for example Khazix is going to End me every engagement. I'd like the ability to farm my own jungle for the first 10 minutes of gameplay.

Currently My jungle tactics look like this, I start off with the classic jungle item 2 potions, I finish Grumps/blue I need to back. I take red, I need to back at 5% hp. I buy the jungle item for HP/smite and a few potions I go back in, I take Golems that goes over well, I go do Raptors, I need to back. I do wolves and frog, I need to back. I spend a lot of time in my enemy jungle camps, and you know what most of these guys, can farm a side, and try to gank.
