I really enjoyed league because of its simplicity. Now its all gone. To be honest i think the masteries were dumbed down. But why change so much? Nothing was wrong....
Im platinum V and after this patch i can't win with the champs I always used to play. Personally i don't want to relearn everything.
League has been this complex for a while, you just ignored the complexity because you were familiar with it.
Each season brings new changes and you have to re-tune how you play. You're not relearning the basics but having to tune up for some changes. Been through this for 3 seasons and it's not they bad.

If you stick a MOBA in the past, you get DotA 2. I for one am thankful Riot reevaluates everything every season.
