If he keeps doing that he will get banned eventually, though a lot of higher Elo players play with the same people over and over so they get to know them pretty well. Some of them do trash talk each other like this as a joke, Yoona is pretty well known so this might have been the case here, though even if it's not, that's not an argument for reversing Tyler1's ban, he had a reputation as the most toxic player at high elo for a reason.

Those guys have said they were just screwing around together and having fun when this screenshot was taken. If he got reported, then it was probly by whoever took that screenshot (maybe Tyler1) and is likely an isolated incident that won't cause much on its own.
