Riot please, listen to me about this. (Rise of the Elements Feedback)
The new season will be focused on dragon control more than ever now, which means top laners will have to save their TP for contesting dragons and making sure their bot lane don't fall to far off otherwise they won't have priority to contest the dragon at all.
Therefore, please revert the TP cooldown nerf or make a new boot that allow top laners to comeback to lane faster. Please consider this, as I believe TP cooldown to be atrocious right now and will put a lot of players in disadvantage on the next season.
Picture this, you are playing top, get ganked and is forced to back. Now a huge wave of minions is going to crash your tower. Do you:
**(a) ** _TP top, farm the minions for the gold and prevent the enemy to take plates and get a huge lead over you. _ **(b) ** _Save your TP, loses a lot of CS, your opponent gets a ton of gold and the wave is pushing towards the enemy's tower. _
