Malphite needs buffs, he is currently at a 47% win rate.

Malphite needs a rework. I almost never see him in games, and I hate it every time I do.

What about his design makes him fun to play as or against....

I particularly like how much attack speed he has now, makes it easier to CS, and his cleave with W feels good.
