Tristana's Jump/Dash clarification

Can we get a tooltip correction or something regarding her "it's called a jump but it's really a dash"

I'm rather sick of playing games against Trist if her jump will still go off if I nami q her, or if she's rooted/stunned by a sona ult, or a leona... or a morgana, blitz, braum... you name it I'm sure there's somebody out there who's complained about her BEING CC'D WITH THE ABILITY BUT THE JUMP GOES OFF

because most other champs it gets interupted.

so either there needs to be a correction as to the actual ability or there needs to be clarification on what it is because it's aggravating to know ALL OF THESE CHAMPS ABILITIES WILL STOP PRETTY MUCH EVERYBODY ELSE JUMPS/DASHES BECAUSE THATS THE POINT OF CC

like if other champs could have the status effect show up but still have their jump continue we'd see a lot more... different gameplay in game. There would be completely different strategies. It's unhealthy gameplay- we all know this. It's why CC tanks try to peel their carries from the enemy carries who have gap closers.

Legit Trist is the only one I've seen that this happens to CONSTANTLY. There is no reason everybody should see her get knocked up in a nami q but her jump still goes off. That's not a skill. That's legit a broken gameplay mechanic.

There are no jumps in the game.

Anything that looks like a jump is just a dash that's been animated to look like that.

The issue with Tristana's dash is that there's a slight delay between her casting it and it going off, and if she's CC'd in the meantime, it'll still go off, because it doesn't get interrupted.

The good news is, once you know the timing, you can handle her.

Watch the Trist. The moment you see her freeze up, that means her dash has been cast.

Dude her rocket launcher charge a little and then goes off taking her with it, simple

For example - She pressing the 'fly rocket' button, then bliz grab her she disoriented and don't react, but her rocket finishes charging and takes off with her, see it makes so much sense.
