Luden's Echo / Crystal Staff

In game will look like when you look at an enemy's build. However on the bottom you'll see Luden's stacks. This is pretty much a visual bug [ assuming ] however it's annoying. I'll see luden procs when it's showing the crystal scepter.

I am not sure if this is the same case vice versa.

OR if in fact Crystal Scepter is glitching to be like Ludens x.x

I am sorry for no pics to prove this in game- it's kind of hard to take pictures when you're in the middle of a fight in ranked XD
