Client, your drunk, go home

I was able to access the Snowden Shop- granted not in the way to buy skins but still was able to click the button, etc.

Also I HAVE to re-log every few hours else the client bugs out- I.E. Year in Review will tell me I never played a ranked game [ I'm plat 4] [ this is also how I was able to access the snowden shop]

Also when a game ends, loading into the stats screen takes forever. Legitimately I've seen it take 5 minutes. It's been doing this for several patches now and it seems every patch it just gets worse.

Ultimately it's not my internet. [ I have fiber optics, My ping is between 1 and 12 on a normal day, 19-32 on an off day]
