new mage item changes

so the two item changes incoming that allow malz and a few other mages to still exist like anivia... I only see problems, Liandiries stack dmg and its percentile is what allowed malz to compete into lanes by buffing his weak d.o.t. When every other mage has a nuke (brand has a d.o.t but also a nuke inbuilt) torment and his sustained dps, is what allowed him to stay afloat. But if these changes go through it will kill him off. his ulti is already useless by 1 item, qss ust turns his him off still. qss auto him he dead and cant fight back.

as for roa changes... what about champions who used that for safty and passive plays? till they can hit their spikes? now they wont hit them, (anivia when she hits 3-4 stacks) and you made roa pretty much junk if those changes make it through. sure you "heal" more off damage your doing, but no other change on it is good.

The dps of malz drops very sharply, i mean as he is now he does not do much till he has it. as for anivia/roa champs. new roa changes are kinda drastic. they are ones who needed that mana pool.

also peopel forgbet roa is also still a "singed" item, riot gave him better ratios to let him be a bruiser, then so far have nerfed/nerfing his core items to that playstyle.
