Sylas does NOT need any buffs. He is oppressive when played well, just a little hard to execute properly for 99% of the community.

Yea it's a shame he's so weak for having such a unique ult. Seems like riot really does hate champs with too much sustain.

He was poorly designed and rushed. He's hard to balance. Atm, his losses are definitely not due his early game; his Q E slaughters.

It's the fact he literally doesn't have a team fight presence. He generally dies if he is 2v1 or worse, and once the game enters that phase, he's gone. And no buff/nerf is going to change that, except gearing him more toward tanking and less toward AP scaling.

Low winrate doesn't always mean weak; could easily mean that the majority of players playing him are trying and failing to cheese with him.
