So is Azir supposed to become unplayable?

AP ratio lowered from 60% to 40% cost lowered from 40 at all ranks to 20/25/30/35/40 damage changed from [60-160 based on level] to 60/80/100/120/140 Attack speed lowered from 20/30/40/50/60% to 25/30/35/40/45% Additional attack speed increased from 20/30/40/50/60% to 30/35/40/45/50% Recast time lowered from 1.5s to 1s Sand Soldier changes: Sand Soldier duration increased from 4/5.5/7/8.5/10 seconds to 10 seconds at all ranks [Added to tooltip] Sand Soldiers can attack targets outside of Azir's basic attack range. I can understand that you want to nerf him for Professional play, but come on, he gets nerfed every couple of patches, currently he's sitting at the lowest win rate in mid lane again, in higher tiers yet you want to nerf him. I get that his win rate can be low but that doesn't mean he's horrible i'll still play him even then, but what's with these changes?
Reading through this from top to bottom, my thoughts, Okay a Q buff for 10 damage making it so he does a lot with just the initial Q and two auto attacks which sends him towards a burst poke pattern till later in the game More frequent soldiers summoned and finally lower mana usage early game instead of having to use 110 for two spells at level 2 but then i see you IMO overall nerf his E which isn't used as a damage spell but more of utility by greatly increasing the cooldown and making a combo if needed at level 3 go from 170 mana to 190 mana. These changes makes him have to go for more bursty plays rather than a dps for early to mid game from what i see. And then an ult change for no reason, isn't he supposed to be a good late game champ?
Honestly wondering why the big set of changes to everything at once instead of adjusting him in a more paced fashion. Similar to kai'sa where she was actually pretty balanced but then you buffed everything at once and she became a permabanned overpowered champion till some nerfs.
Gonna ignore all the comments that don't really discuss anything proper, i don't care for upvotes or downvotes just want some talk about it.
