What can even be done against him?

By time they all had their item 3512 half my team was complaining that our frame rates were too bad to do anything. They just sat at our tower spamming turrets, and portals while my fps was 03. So I just sat in a 40 minute game where I couldnt even leave base for half the game.

Anyone with decent range aoe can handle them fine. Or Play Syndra and put your balls in their faces, and throw their turrets back at them too.
