So for the last four days the orb hasn't registered any of my games played, and only refreshes when I log in the next day. So after I claim an orb it doesn't create a new one until the next day, and then I have to wait 22 hours to be able to claim it (so nearly two days just to be able to do so).
Kind of sucks as unlocking the arenas was the whole reason I was playing TFT at the moment.
This happening to anyone else?
Yes, I've had this bug and missed out on my orb a couple of times.
If I have the message "we're creating a new orb, hang on a sec...", the counter will not reset until I log on next. I now make sure I re-log and check that the counter has reset before I log out for the day. Usually it resets after one re-log, but a couple of times I've had to re-log more than once to see it reset.
Right now it's broken though ("disabled")... along with all the missions, earning of project tokens and ranked...
I hope there's some credit for missions completed and project tokens that should have been earned...
