Something as toxic and troll and smite singed support

Smite teleport ivern support!

So I just played a game as thresh against an enemy smite ivern support. This does pretty much the same thing as the person that did the smite signed support slightly better but with the same weaknesses. At level 1 he stole our blue buff from our top jungle and teleported bot. He tried to do this over and over again for both our buffs every time his smite and/or teleport was up. Made our jungler pretty useless and gave his team a bunch of buffs. But every time he left lane we all in-ed their adc and chipped down their bot turret. I got my jinx adc fed and won the game. But god it was annoying to play against :/
