@Riot have you considered potentially adding Varus to the list of VGU after Akali?

I mean this W change could potentially help him, and shift the power to his core ability his Q - Piercing Arrow but I doubt that people will play the poking Q style again. Since it appears that the on-hit build is the most efficient in terms of damage for him, not to mention anyone with 9/10.5/12/13.5/15% hp won't be hanging around in lane to be sniped, unless they have lifesteal or Soraka to heal them back up.

Just some thoughts from a Varus main, though i'm glad that he is receiving some sort of changes rather than none. Thank you Riot.
