Can Illaois Ult also Increase her Q Animation speed?

Her "combo" takes 3s to start and 4.2s till the first damage is applied

E=1s animation R=1s animation and Tentacles grow W=.5s animation and ~.5s animation for tentacles to land and apply damage

IF you get (Stunned/Silenced/Blocked,Feared,Blind) in the first 2.5s of her Combo, She is dead because her damage will not start till 1s after the end of the (Stunned/Silenced/Blocked,Feared,Blind)

Yes the tentacles will attack the Spirit ONCE at ~2.5s into her combo but that is the Spirit they are targeting

Its just Illaoi is soo easy to counter with a (Stunned/Silenced/Blocked,Feared,Blind).
